Holborn Property Meet – Terms and Conditions

Holborn Property Meet (“HPM”) is the trading Beyond Holborn Limited (c). Within these T&Cs we shall use one or the other interchangeably: the two shall both be intended to refer to the same legal entity.

1. Disclaimer and waiver of claims.

a) lnvesting in property is a speculative method of investment and so you could lose money. The material taught by property investors at a networking event is educational in nature. The intent of any of our events or any course/preview/book/workshop/seminar that guests may promote is to raise awareness for participants about property investment and related areas.

b) The information in hand-outs and presentations during the events is for educational purposes. No recommendations of particular investments of any kind are made. If particular properties are mentioned, they are only cited for educational and illustrative purposes.

c) By accepting the terms and conditions (T&Cs)* before attending the event/seminar you have released Holborn Property Meet, its company “Beyond Holborn Limited” and all those working with them for any and all liability resulting from your actions based on the event/preview/seminar material of the property industry. All events/previews/seminars content examples and information are not to be construed as any recommendation, solicitation, prediction or advice for your actions in and dealing with property investments, as any event is strictly educational. You cannot hold Holborn Property Meet or any people working with them responsible for any subsequent personal activity within the area of property investment.

2. Confidentiality Agreement.

a) All content, workbooks, materials and systems taught in any hosted lectures, talks, or third party’s pitches whether written or verbal are copyright material of Holborn Property Meet.

b) You are not permitted to copy, make available or divulge to any unauthorized party, in any way, any of the materials, notes strategies or teachings of these lectures, whether for financial gain or not. Having accepted these T&Cs, if you should allow any of these materials to be made available to any unauthorized party then you will be liable to consequential legal action.

c) No photocopying, audio, video, photographic recordings of Holborn Property Meet course or previews, or any of the copyrighted materials provided are allowed without the consent, prior-approved knowledge and arrangement of Holborn Property Meet.

d) By ticking to agree with these terms and conditions you have consented to your presence in any audio, video or photographic recordings officially arranged by property investors network. You have waived any rights, claims or interest in the reproduction, distribution and exposure of any and all aforementioned recordings owned and possessed exclusively by Holborn Property Meet.

3. Price and Consequences of Failure to Pay.

a) Where not stated prices quoted are assumed to be exclusive of VAT. If VAT is charged, it will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time payment is processed.

b) The overall price must be paid when stated at the time of the order and before the date of the event.

c) Should an event for any reason be cancelled or rescheduled Holborn Property Meet will strictly only be liable for the value of the event place.

d) If payment is not made within the time limits in clause (b) above, this will be a breach of contract by the client entitling Holborn Property Meet to treat the contract as at an end, and allocate the bookings and/or tickets without informing the client.

e) In the event of Holborn Property Meet treating the contracts as at an end under clause (d) above, Holborn Property Meet shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the client. The balance, if any, of the cost/price of the booking shall become immediately payable by the client to Holborn Property Meet. This is without prejudice to Holborn Property Meet’s right to claim damages from the client in respect of any loss suffered by Holborn Property Meet.

4. Cancellations or Variations by the Client and Holborn Property Meet

a) You can cancel a Holborn Property Meet event up to 48 hours before the meeting date by emailing [email protected]. Holborn Property Meet does not offer refunds for their events. You will only be able to transfer your ticket across to the next suitable date and location.

If the event is not a monthly meet-up but a special event, you will be able to claim the money you spent as credit for both future special events and regular monthly meet-ups.

If you cancel a Holborn Property Meet event within 48 hours of the event date then you will not be able to transfer your ticket.

b)Holborn Property Meet reserve the right to alter the event date, venue and presenters indicated at the time of booking. In the unlikely event of this situation arising suitable alternatives will be offered.

5. Law and Construction.

a) The contract of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and Holborn Property Meet and the client hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in all matters regarding the contracts and these Terms and Conditions.



(*) A link to these terms and conditions (T&Cs) is available when you purchase any of our tickets: You must tick to signal that you have read and agree with these T&Cs before purchasing any of our tickets: We shall not accept any excuse for not being aware of and happy with our terms and conditions if you go ahead and come to our events without having read, understood and agreed with these T&Cs. If you purchase your admission at the door, a copy of these T&Cs shall be on display and you will be asked to sign and declare that you have both undertood them and accepted them. If you are purchasing a ticket on behalf of someone else, it is your responsibility to inform them about these T&Cs. By buying admission for someone else, you are declaring that you repesent them in acknowledging and aceepting these T&Cs.
